Be the Hero on the Roadside

As a Roadside Recovery Driver with The AA, you'll be the first point of contact for our members in need of assistance. Your role will be to provide a safe and reassuring presence, ensuring our customers feel supported and cared for during their time of need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to roadside emergencies, providing a calm and professional demeanor to our customers.
  • Assess and resolve vehicle recovery situations, working collaboratively with our mechanics and other teams as needed.
  • Travel with customers to their destination, providing a safe and comfortable journey.
Requirements:
  • A full driving category C license (HGV 2) and ideally a CE (HGV 1) license.
  • A Driver CPC qualification and a digital drivers/tachograph card.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology and working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
