Be the Hero on the Roadside

As a Recovery Driver with The AA, you'll be the first point of contact for our members in need of roadside assistance. You'll be responsible for safely recovering vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recover vehicles safely and efficiently, using your expertise to solve a variety of issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our members feel safe, understood, and taken care of.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Requirements:
  • A full driving category C driving licence (HGV 2) and ideally a CE (HGV 1) licence too.
  • A Driver CPC (certificate of professional competence) qualification and a digital drivers/tachograph card.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology and happy working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
