About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our Community Team in Redbridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to provide care and support to patients in their own homes.
  • Responsible for managing a defined group of patients and supporting qualified staff members to nurse patients individually.
  • Carrying out and monitoring treatment as per care plans.
  • Promoting the recovery of patients and maintaining their independence in the community.
  • Car Driver Essential.

Requirements

  • Numeracy and Literacy Skills.

  • Ability to Work under Pressure.
  • Ability to Show Empathy and Compassion when Helping Others.
