Job Title: Assistant H&S Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Kenton Black. As a key member of our Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the safety of our operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site audits to monitor Health and Safety standards and prepare audit reports.
  • Suggest and implement improvements on-site and monitor to ensure completion of required actions.
  • Induct new starters to ensure they understand risks, methods, and standards expected on our sites.
  • Verify the qualifications of erectors on site to ensure they meet minimum standards.
  • Carry out training and toolbox talks to educate site personnel on expected standards.
  • Complete accident investigation reports and prepare and alter RAMS as required.
  • Assist the Head of SHE with documentation, administration, training, and projects as needed.
