Job Summary
RPS Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team in the Midlands. This is a permanent role that can be worked over 1-5 days per week.
About the Role
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services for the supply of case management, health surveillance, health screening, and health promotion to clients. This work will be delivered at client sites, RPS sites, or from mobile screening units.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of 'quality service' for RPS Group and be responsible for the advice given and service perception of the employee and organization.
- Support RPS business development and growth by identifying and winning new clients.
- Responsible for the provision of proactive Occupational Health to client companies and to coordinate defined OH activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and to prevent adverse health effects arising from workplace activities through the application of specialist skills and knowledge standards.
Requirements
- RGN qualified ideally holding a post-registration qualification in OH.
- Experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance, and screening procedures.
- Willing to undertake personal CPD to maintain your NMC registration.
- High degree of self-motivation and management.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient IT skills including MS office suite.
- Strong team player and able to lead by example.
- Full UK driving license and able to travel with some overnight stays.
