Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team at Finning International. As a key member of our field service department, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services to our customers' heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with heavy machinery, utilizing specialized tools and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry leading training and dealer software to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Apprentice-trained engineer or formally trained with NVQ Level 3 preferred.
  • Heavy Earth Moving equipment operating knowledge and experience with a variety of construction and static machines.
  • LDV driving license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business.
