Global HR Operations Director

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing HR Operations team at a leading Global brand based in the South West. As Global HR Operations Director, you will be responsible for delivering global HR services to a headcount of approximately 3,000 in the UK and globally.

The company is embarking on a number of key global change & transformation programs, and this role will be instrumental in leading these projects alongside UK and global regional teams. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders to drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality HR services.

To be successful in this role, you will have led an HR Operations/HR Services team and be an experienced manager who can coach individuals and teams for high performance. You must understand and have experience in the operational and strategic delivery of HR Services and demonstrate strong delivery against performance targets. An HR generalist at heart, knowledge across Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS would be advantageous.

The company operates a hybrid model, and you would be expected to be in the office approximately 2 days a week. If you are a self-motivated, resilient, and commercially aware HR professional who can lead and influence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Global HR Operations team to deliver high-quality HR services
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business outcomes
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business change and transformation
  • Manage and develop a large team of HR professionals
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading HR Operations/HR Services teams
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
