About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of therapists, managing their own caseload, and contributing to research and education initiatives. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Manage your own caseload, prioritizing patient needs and developing effective treatment plans
  • Contribute to research and education initiatives, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in neurological rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Embodiment of the centre's vision and values, promoting a safe, accessible, and welcoming working environment

Requirements:

  • BSc Physiotherapy qualification
  • Specialist post-graduate training in neurological rehabilitation
  • Leadership training and experience
  • 5 years post-graduate experience in neurological rehabilitation
  • Proven record of providing high-quality intervention for high-risk patients
  • Teaching and facilitating training
  • Awareness of professional issues and recent developments in the NHS and Primary Care

Contract and Hours: The contract is a self-employed, associate basis, with the opportunity to work full-time or part-time. Invoices will be paid on a monthly basis.
