About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our regulatory compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products comply with all relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver assessments, reporting, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for our product portfolio.
- Implement best practices and ensure partners adhere to compliance processes.
- Train individuals on Product Regulatory Compliance processes, SOPs, and WIDs.
- Maintain confidentiality of supplier information and ensure trust, support, and cooperation.
- Work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment, balancing competing priorities and providing leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant science or legal discipline and/or demonstrable experience and positive track record.
- Excellent written and verbal reasoning skills.
- Computer competency in Microsoft office software, data collection, and general analysis tools; Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred.
- Maintain awareness of the current and emerging tobacco regulatory environment.
- Ability to manage upwards effectively and assertively, as well as within the peer group.
- Ability to work independently and engage and influence within a complex matrix structure.
- Strong teammate who collaborates with peers to support critical projects and deliverables.
