Key Responsibilities

Driving Client Growth

  • Collaborate with clients both strategically and tactically to facilitate business expansion, as this is our primary focus.

Client and Project Oversight

  • Engage with clients regularly; while this won't be your sole responsibility, effective communication through various platforms will be essential.
  • Exhibit strong project management capabilities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing several projects concurrently.
  • Prepare reports, which may include creating presentations, drafting emails, or engaging in informal discussions.

Developing Client Strategies

  • Work closely with the Founder and freelance resources to take ownership of the strategies implemented for clients.
  • This may involve creating Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), developing personas, designing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, or exploring niche paid media channels.

Campaign Management and Execution

  • While you won't oversee every aspect of a campaign, accountability for successful execution is crucial.
  • Collaborate with team members, clients, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure project completion.

Enjoying the Process

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience working with small to medium enterprises in the B2B landscape.
  • A minimum of 3 years of specialized experience.
  • Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas: ABM, sales enablement, SEO, PPC, content marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse array of clients, freelancers, and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot.
  • Understanding of broader marketing strategies and campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an agency or consultancy setting, ideally with over a year in such roles.
  • Knowledge of various sales methodologies, including BANT, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, and Challenger.
