About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Environmental Operations Coordinator to join our team at Integrated Environmental Technology Group (IETG). As a key member of our Flow Operations Department, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the creation of work packages for field crew teams and managing site sheets and incoming data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance Planning: Identify and prioritize installations and maintenance to meet contractual obligations and work requests from Data Analysts.
  • Logistical Support: Logistically group and order maintenance and produce route plans for maintenance teams.
  • Site Planning and Coordination: Create daily/weekly plans for site field crews using Ulysses, information gathered from land registry and traffic permits applied for.
  • Permit Management: Create and apply for traffic permits using MapInfo, Google, and field crew information.
  • GIS Data Management: Create Land Entry Notices (LENS) in MapInfo (GIS software) using data from the site investigation and Land registry.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with field crews on a daily basis and manage incoming paperwork and electronic site sheets, including data and photographs returned from site.
  • Performance Analysis: Provide supporting information on crew and contracts performance as required.
  • Software Development: Assist with future development and testing of scheduling software.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with external clients as required.
Requirements
  • Computer Skills: Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft packages, and previous experience of scheduling.
  • Software Knowledge: Working knowledge of AutoRoute and MapPoint, ability to adapt to bespoke systems, and knowledge of NRSWA.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, proactivity, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, and resilience when changing demands/priorities occur.
