Job Summary:

BAM Construct & Ventures UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Site Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Site Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Respond to maintenance requests from building users and management
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless maintenance operations
  • Provide technical support to other staff members as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
  • Valid driver's license
