About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our site-based team at iQ Student Accommodation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents by carrying out minor repairs and maintenance tasks on our sites.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, undertaking a variety of tasks including plumbing, joinery, and painting and decorating. You will also be responsible for conducting compliance checks and staying up-to-date with our policies and procedures.

  • A positive and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in maintenance or as a general builder/labourer, preferably in residential or domestic environments
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
