Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ritz Recruitment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities:- Mobilisation and Site Management: Work with the Head of Mobilisation and Community Manager to ensure the site is ready for residents and maintain high standards of presentation.
- Snagging and Defects Management: Involvement in the snagging and defects management programme to ensure all issues are resolved promptly.
- Daily and Weekly Tasks: Conduct specific tasks as agreed with the Community Manager and Head of FM/H&S, including security checks, painting, and decorating.
- Security and Maintenance: Ensure the security of the property, including fitting locks, fixing doors and windows, and completing basic electrical work.
Requirements: We are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results, we would love to hear from you.
