Job Title: Regional Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for providing management support to the operations of our children's homes, ensuring efficient and effective coordination and delivery of performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide management support to the operations of our children's homes
- Ensure each home meets and exceeds standards and expectations
- Maximize profitability by driving high occupancy rates
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Local Authorities and other key agencies
- Liaise with customers to ensure quality assurance issues remain a key focus
- Ensure consistency of Regulation 44 inspections
- Provide advice and support on safeguarding issues and notifiable events
- Investigate complaints and attend neighborhood meetings as required
- Support the process of establishing and maintaining a stable, competent, and motivated staff team
- Offer inspiration, leadership, managerial guidance, direction, and support to staff
- Assess Registered Managers on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Relevant sector degree or Level 5 Leadership & Management (Children's)
- Related Leadership qualification Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of Employment legislation
- Strong understanding of Children's services law
- Previous responsibility for business growth and development
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Management of Children's services
