Team Overview
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) plays a pivotal role in generating revenue, fostering adoption, and driving growth across a spectrum of clients, from burgeoning small- and mid-market enterprises to large-scale public sector organizations.

Position Summary
We are in search of a seasoned Enablement Lead to architect and implement comprehensive enablement strategies for our Technology community across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the foundational onboarding process, ongoing training, and professional growth of our Solutions Architects (SAs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and their leaders.
- Serve as the authority on Field Enablement, Readiness, Effectiveness, and Professional Development, cultivating relationships across all tiers within EMEA Tech teams and cross-functional SSOE teams to devise and execute impactful readiness and productivity enhancement solutions.

Skills and Competencies
- Collect and analyze skills and competency requirements from local SAs, CSMs, and managers, integrating this data with your enablement acumen to formulate and implement tailored enablement plans and initiatives.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with sales CRM platforms such as Salesforce or comparable systems.
- Experience in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven track record in defining, refining, and executing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent experience.
- Background in a high-growth technology environment.
