Sales Enablement Business Partner

About the Role
Civica is driving a commercial transformation to build a best-in-class sales organization and accelerate growth as a global GovTech leader. We're seeking an experienced sales enablement professional to partner with our Executive Leadership and GTM organization to redefine how we sell and drive execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Executive and Sales Leadership to identify learning gaps and deliver targeted programs to bridge the gaps
- Create and lead enablement programs for the sales organization, in partnership with Executive and Sales Leaders, to support cross-sell quotas and pipeline generation
- Collaborate across the organization to develop content, sales artifacts, training, and development programs to drive sales success
- Develop a high-impact, scalable Sales Enablement Strategy to support the GTM transformation across all verticals
- Design learning pathways for the sales organization to improve sales performance and co-create sales methodologies, playbooks, and learning repositories

As a Sales Enablement Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in driving sales success and accelerating growth at Civica. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Executive Leadership and GTM organization to develop and implement sales enablement programs that drive results.
