Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of skilled technicians, both qualified and apprentices.
  • Assign work orders and manage technician schedules effectively.
  • Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Enhance service profitability through strategic upselling and efficient time management.
  • Maintain and update workshop technical systems, including service booking databases.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Advisor team to ensure seamless operations.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in a Workshop Controller role, preferably within a franchised dealership.
  • Intermediate IT skills, with familiarity in managing electronic Vehicle Health Check (eVHC) software.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on team motivation and development.
  • Excellent customer service skills, complemented by a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying potential challenges.
