Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our Project and Programme Delivery (PPD) department at bet365. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing systems administration support to our team and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and administration to the PPD department and the wider business
  • Manage and maintain our systems, including JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
  • Develop and deliver real-time reporting using PowerBI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Support the Senior Project Systems Administrator in implementing process improvements and designing platform upgrades
  • Assist in functional testing and provide technical guidance to the team
Requirements
  • Experience in systems administration, maintenance, and release planning
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint administration
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services report writing and PowerBI development
  • Up-to-date knowledge of RedHat and Ubuntu Linux administration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
