Job Title: IT Training Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our Project and Programme Delivery department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting systems on behalf of the team and the wider Business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain systems, including Jira and Confluence applications
  • Design and develop Jira project configurations to facilitate changing business needs
  • Support regular maintenance duties, including operating system and application patching
  • Develop and deliver real-time reporting using PowerBI and SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Produce repeatable and ad-hoc management information associated with delivery portfolios and lifecycles
Requirements:
  • Experience in Jira System Administration, including Cloud and Data Centre
  • Knowledge of Confluence and SharePoint administration
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Exposure to system administration, maintenance experience, and release planning
  • Up-to-date RedHat and Ubuntu Linux administration experience
  • Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services report development
  • Knowledge of PowerBI report development and sourcing data from various data sources
