Position Overview

Compensation: Base Salary £35,000 with OTE reaching £60,000

We are seeking a dynamic Automotive Business Leader to join our prestigious dealership. In this role, you will collaborate with the Sales Team to determine the best vehicle options, financing solutions, and additional services tailored to individual customer needs. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance throughout the sales process while achieving profitability targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include constructing and presenting tailored deals to customers after thorough qualification by the Sales Team.

  • Comprehending all facets of financial and insurance product regulations to guarantee accurate information is provided during negotiations.
  • Developing rapport with customers swiftly and effectively, ensuring fair treatment.
  • Tracking finance performance against established budgets and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Assisting management with planning, forecasting trends, and continuously refining dealership strategies.
  • Collaborating with management to mentor and enhance the skills of the team to meet business goals.
  • Assessing customer needs to guide them in selecting the most suitable products.
  • Documenting all activities to evaluate performance, measure outcomes, and provide regular updates to the General Manager.

Previous experience in a management role within the automotive sector is essential.

  • Strong relationship-building, customer engagement, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven success in coaching and developing team members.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Integrity and respectfulness in all interactions.
  • Dependable and consistently meets deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence is required.
