About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and growing our UK Aftermarket Sales Development and Field Based Sales Support team across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimise brand and product visibility in the Independent Automotive Aftermarket
  • Deliver sales support via trade workouts to Motor Factors, ITG Buying Group members, Automotive Workshops & general Automotive Aftermarket distributors and Aftermarket retailers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Automotive Aftermarket
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the Automotive Aftermarket
  • Strong knowledge of parts distribution and supply chains
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to travel and work in a field-based capacity
