About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Paediatric Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and young people with physical difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop evidence-based treatment programmes for children in the community.
  • Work closely with colleagues in other disciplines to provide a child-centred, holistic approach to care.
  • Participate in the development of other staff and the service.
  • Undertake clinical placements for students from Keele University and support the development of clinical educators.
  • Manage a defined population of service users aged 0-19 years in a variety of settings, including the child's home, schools, and clinics.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate care/support packages for children and families.
  • Supervise and support junior staff as required.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration and a degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Experience of working as a Qualified Band 6 Paediatric Physiotherapist.
  • Registration with HCPC.
  • UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
