Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at EG Group's Starbucks store in Alwalton. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of baristas and store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and customer service.
  • Assist with beverage preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a positive store environment.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
