About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Freight Forwarding team, specializing in Sea Freight sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving revenue growth in the Sea Freight market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Sea Freight
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Sea Freight market
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on Sea Freight or a related industry
- Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, with a focus on Sea Freight
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
