Position Overview:

We are seeking a Government Loan Officer to oversee Audit, Compliance, and Customer Interface for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations align with the highest standards of compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure compliance for all aspects of GFE within the supply chain.
  • Act as the company representative during GFE audits and other relevant customer audits.
  • Develop and implement enhanced solutions within the GFE supply chain, fostering strong relationships with key customers.
  • Enhance GFE accountability and ensure transactional compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to optimize processes within GFE/CFE areas.
  • Engage in the development of solutions to address process challenges.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain functions within the Defence sector, particularly in managing GFE according to DEFSTAN standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold Quality Assurance and deliver compliant processes.
  • Strong capability in managing customer interfaces and improving operational efficiency.
  • Experience in formulating and enforcing audit plans.
  • Thorough understanding of Defence industry supply chain standards.
  • Ability to collaborate across various functions effectively.
  • Relevant Supply Chain qualifications are preferred.

Security Clearance:

This role requires SC Clearance. Candidates must either currently hold this clearance or be willing to undergo the necessary processes to obtain it.
