Job Title: Apprenticeship Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate teacher to join our team at a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in North London. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching secondary school students who are at risk of being permanently excluded from mainstream education.

About the Role:
  • Lesson planning and delivery for students with various needs, with the aim of re-engaging students with learning.
  • Helping students to develop confidence and independence.
  • Working with specialist teaching services, medical staff, counsellors, and psychologists.
  • Being aware of safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
  • Early Career Teacher (ECT) with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or overseas trained teacher awaiting QTS.
  • A clear and up-to-date DBS.
  • Experience working with young people with SEN.
  • Benefit from excellent teaching support and leadership.
