Qualifications and Experience:
  • BSc (Hon's) in Building Surveying, RICS Accredited.

  • Ability to mentor and develop team members, including APC graduates.
  • Experience in managing client expectations effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role may necessitate security clearance, and employment offers will be contingent upon obtaining the required level of clearance. The vetting process is conducted by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require proof of residency in the UK for a minimum of five years.
