Job Summary:
Ventro Group is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for actively recruiting and headhunting top talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and headhunt top talent to fill internal and site-based roles
- Manage internal systems and databases to ensure efficient recruitment processes
- Write and edit job descriptions to attract top candidates
- Advertise vacancies on various job boards to reach a wider audience
- Shortlist and screen candidates, and send CVs to hiring managers
- Arrange and attend interviews to assess candidate fit
- Make job offers and send out employment contracts
- Complete new starter paperwork and add to our HR system
- Own and manage our operator database to ensure accurate records
- Actively find and headhunt new operators and teams
- Conduct interviews and complete registration forms with operator details
- Communicate and liaise with agencies as required
- Keep accurate lists of on-site staff and office communication
Requirements:
- Recruitment experience with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
