Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Barn (Milton Keynes) Beefeater. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
