Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading a team of front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage the training needs of staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Collaborate with management to oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective communication.
