Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Fire Engineer to join our team at Access Talent Group. As a Principal Fire Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a small team of engineers and working on a diverse range of fire engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of engineers to deliver fire engineering projects
  • Develop and implement fire safety strategies for clients
  • Conduct fire modeling and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fire engineering

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. fire engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.)
  • Proven experience in fire engineering, including fire safety strategy development and fire modeling
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively
