About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage a large team within a 7-bedded residential setting for adults with a learning disability and autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team to provide the best possible outcomes for individuals being supported in a person-centred way
  • Ensure all staff receive training and development plans, staff management, rotas, and support planning
  • Attend and chair meetings, liaising with other professionals and agencies
  • Adhere to internal policies and procedures, and work within CQC legislation and frameworks
Requirements
  • Strong leadership experience in managing services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and challenging behaviours
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and positive approach to daily work
  • Honesty and integrity, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis and travel to other sites if required
  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management or willingness to complete this
