Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join our team at HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling luxury new homes and developments across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively work with a group of business development professionals to sell properties, developments, and lifestyles.
- Manage all aspects of the sale through to completion, including customer relationships and sales tracking.
- Develop and achieve sales targets, as well as identify areas for growth and report progress regularly to the Head of Sales.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects and track sales and marketing activity.
- Deliver presentations to potential buyers and travel across regions to sell properties or developments.
Requirements:
- Experience in new home sales, new property sales, or apartments sales, selling off plan.
- Business development, customer service, and sales experience gained within a customer-facing, B2C role.
- Full UK driving license.
- Commercial acumen and good sales track record.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Prior housing sales experience and knowledge of the local property market would be highly advantageous.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary, bonus, and excellent benefits package, including a generous OTE of £30,000 - £45,000.
