Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new homes and developments to potential customers, working closely with our business development team
- Manage a database of prospects, track sales and marketing activity, and identify areas for growth
- Report progress regularly to the Head of Sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential clients
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven track record in new home sales, estate agency, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Full UK driving license
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
