Position: Senior Electrical Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HV Electrical Engineer to play a pivotal role in our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our electrical plant and equipment. You will also manage and motivate our EC&I Team, support our Operations Area Managers, and develop and implement budgets and action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Plant and Equipment Management: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of our electrical plant and equipment.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate our EC&I Team to achieve our goals.
  • Operations Support: Support our Operations Area Managers in their daily tasks.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Develop and implement budgets and action plans to achieve our objectives.
  • Contractor and Supplier Management: Manage contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Maintenance Services: Provide maintenance services to ensure the optimal performance of our electrical systems.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and a proven track record in electricity generation maintenance.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate our team.
  • Relevant Qualifications and Experience: Relevant qualifications and experience in the electrical engineering field.
