Assistant Store Manager

We are working closely with DB Charles Recruitment to hire a new Assistant Store Manager for our Oxfordshire based retailer.
Key Responsibilities:- Aid the store manager in the day-to-day running of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and shopfloor duties
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Uphold high store visual standards and maintain relationships with customers
- Maximise sales opportunities and demonstrate excellent product knowledge
- Aid in operational duties, including stock taking
- Strong retail background as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader
- Preferable retail background working within luxury or 1-2-1 sales
- Consultative retail background with excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn and retain product knowledge and possess strong operational skills
- Able to commit to Saturday working and working 5 of 7 days
- Salary dependent on experience between £27,000 to £30,000 per annum
- Additional bonus and progression & development opportunities
- Staff incentives and more
