Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a SEMH school in Winchester. The successful candidate will work closely with a pupil in KS3-KS4, providing individualized support and managing challenging behaviors.

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 support to a pupil in KS3-KS4
  • Manage challenging behaviors and maintain a safe learning environment
  • Work closely with the teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Meet with the teacher regularly to update and amend the pupil's EHCP

Requirements:
