Job Title: HEO Policy Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled HEO Policy Advisor to join our team at Circle Recruitment. As a HEO Policy Advisor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our clients, including drafting formal correspondence and collating documents.
  • Engage with cross-department stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in completing tasks essential to the delivery of high-quality regulatory policy activities.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and other engagement activities.
  • Proofread and prepare content for email, correspondence, and documents.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and highlight priorities.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of delivery.
  • Prepare draft submissions for ministers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of policy or secretariat work within HMG.
  • Previous experience in drafting formal correspondence, e.g., Ministerial correspondence or other responses as part of a secretariat.
  • Collating documents.
  • Cross-department stakeholder engagement.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Immigration entry/VISA experience is desirable.
  • Law degree/legal practice course LPC/bar course/BBC is desirable.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive daily rate within the range of £250 to £350.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 4 days per week on site in central London and the remainder of the week working remotely.
