Job Summary

The NHS Grampian is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in the Forres Treatment and Care Hub within Forres Health and Care Centre.

About the Role

This is a permanent, 37 hour, Band 3 position that requires the successful candidate to work over 4 days, with no night shift or weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care to patients in the Forres Treatment and Care Hub
  • Assist with phlebotomy clinics in the GP practice during sickness and annual leave
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and maintain good knowledge of IT systems and use them effectively in the role
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of IT systems and ability to use them effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • High standard of care and attention to detail
