About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Forres. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with a wide range of ages and needs, promoting independence and enabling them to live a good life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective support to vulnerable individuals.
  • Communicate and build relationships with supported people to provide individual care and support.
  • Be responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.

What We Offer

  • Statutory annual leave paid monthly based on hours worked.
  • Fully funded PVG & 1st year SSSC registration paid by Ark.
  • Blue light card.
