About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ark People Housing Care in Forres. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals to live independent and healthy lives in their own homes and within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective and efficient support to individuals.
  • Communicate and work well with supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
  • Be responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
