Fragrance Specialist

At Jo Malone London, we're on the hunt for a talented Stylist to join our team. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with our exquisite scents and help customers discover their perfect fragrance match.
About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled Sales Advisor who is passionate about fragrance and gifting. As one of our team members, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience, and showcasing our products to customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service and create a memorable in-store experience
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and fragrances to make informed recommendations
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high visual merchandising standards
- Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement

Requirements
- Previous retail experience is not necessary, but a passion for fragrance and gifting is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

- Proof of right to live and work in the country
