Fragrance Specialist

At Jo Malone London, we're passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling inspired and educated about our fragrances.
We're looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about fragrances and gifting. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of our fragrances and provide personalized recommendations to customers. You'll work closely with our sales team to create an engaging and inspiring in-store experience that drives sales and grows our customer base.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our fragrances and products
- Creating personalized recommendations for customers based on their preferences and needs
- Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer loyalty
As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of our fragrances and products. You'll also receive comprehensive training and support to ensure you have the tools and confidence to succeed in this role.

- Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Passion for fragrances and gifting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
