About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Fragrance Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing personalized fragrance consultations to customers, tailoring recommendations to their individual tastes and preferences
- Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Staying up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends, products, and services, and sharing your knowledge with customers
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Contributing to the creation of engaging in-store experiences, including events and promotions
