Salary: £36,000-£40,000 Per Annum (Negotiable based on experience) + Overtime

Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Field Engineer to join our esteemed team at HP4 Recruitment Ltd. As a Cyber Field Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, fault-finding, and maintaining IP CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems
  2. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems
  3. Conduct thorough fault-finding and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
  4. Collaborate with customers to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions
  5. Work effectively in a field-based environment, covering multiple sites
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in security technology

Requirements:

  1. Full UK driving licence or equivalent (Essential)
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Security Industry (Desirable)
  3. Strong technical knowledge of IP CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including on-call shifts
