As a maintenance contract engineer at Exotec, you will:

  • Ensure the smooth execution of maintenance contracts with our clients, including contracting, monitoring, reporting, invoicing, security, updates, and quotes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related issues, including KPIs and invoicing.
  • Participate in the handover of customer sites between deployment and maintenance teams.
  • Monitor suppliers on customer sites, ensuring compliance with contracts, guarantees, and spare parts requirements.
  • Contribute to improving the reliability of our systems through your actions.

Requirements:

  • Engineering school degree or a 5-year degree in business engineering.
  • First successful experience as a contract engineer or business manager.
  • Ability to analyze technical maintenance data.
  • General knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and automation.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in demanding technical environments, analysis, and problem-solving.
