Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our Digital team at Reed. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, particularly within a marketing agency setting, who is adept at targeting the right B2B customers and improving website content and user experience.

As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting in-depth keyword research to accurately target B2B audiences and drive business growth.
  • Performing robust technical SEO analysis to diagnose and resolve complex issues and improve website performance.
  • Working with large data sets in Google Sheets/Excel and utilising a range of analytics software, including Data Studio and Google Analytics 4, to inform SEO strategies and measure campaign success.
  • Collaborating with the Digital team to gather data and insights to inform SEO strategies and drive business results.
  • Engaging in user intent analysis and working with the Content team to deliver optimised, high-performing content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Overseeing and contributing to SEO projects that may span multiple marketing channels and drive business growth.
  • Presenting findings and strategies to stakeholders within client organisations and driving business results.
  • Assisting with website migration projects, ensuring SEO considerations are managed effectively and driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 2.5-3 years of SEO experience, preferably in a marketing agency environment.
  • Experience with migrating complex, large-domain websites and driving business growth.
  • Familiarity with global SEO considerations and driving business results.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge and ability to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in working with large data sets and analytics software, including Data Studio and Google Analytics 4.
  • Skilled in user intent analysis and content optimisation, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Confidence in presenting to and engaging with stakeholders, with a focus on driving business results.
