About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team at ACS Automotive Recruitment Consultancy. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building effective sales funnels, turning leads into sales, analyzing data, monitoring and improving processes, and creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and Editing Marketing Funnels: Develop and optimize new and existing marketing funnels to improve results and drive sales growth.
  • Analytics and Data Analysis: Use website analytics to understand user behavior and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Marketing Programmes: Submit ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow our brand.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Work with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless coordination and promotion of company participation.
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Assist in developing marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Content Writing and Email Campaigns: Write content and promotional emails to engage with our audience.
  • Software Research: Research new software to improve marketing performance.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand enhancement.
  • Strategic Marketing Decisions: Provide insights and recommendations to contribute to strategic marketing decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience in Events or Coaching Market: Experience in the events or coaching market would be advantageous.
  • Marketing Assistant/Executive Experience: Proven Marketing Assistant/Executive experience (1 year minimum).
  • Acquisition Marketing Experience: Experience with acquisition marketing including sales and enquiry funnels.
  • Marketing and Data Passion: A passion for marketing and data.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: A creative thinker and problem-solver, with the ability to find solutions.
