About the Role
Flagship Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Keswick Multi-Care Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care and promoting the well-being of our senior residents.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough therapy screenings and evaluations to identify individualized treatment plans
- Develop and implement daily treatment sessions to improve residents' functional abilities and quality of life
- Manage billing and documentation through Net Health (formerly Optima HCS) to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement discharge plans that meet residents' needs
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care and adherence to productivity standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Occupational Therapy, certification from NBCOT, and a State License for the state in which services are being provided. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
